Makoto Niijima (Characters)

Makoto Niijima is a third-year and the student council president at Shujin Academy who lives a double life as a Phantom Thief. She is the younger sister of Sae Niijima.

As chief strategist of the Phantom Thieves, she is intelligent, virtuous, and juggles hand-to-hand combat and strategy with ease. As student council president, she is a natural leader within the group, but if she snaps, no one can stop her.

During heists as a Phantom Thief, her codename is Queen.
