Team AARU (creator)

Team AARU is a parody group led by Kendall916 and Sandersdapimp. It was founded in 2008 when Kendall916 discovered Sandersdapimp’s earlier works, and contacted him about collaborations. Sandersdapimp replied that he had plans of forming a team and had already come up with a name: Anime Abridges are Us, or AARU for short. With Sandersdapimp as head writer and editor, and Kendall916 as the head of public relations, the group was born. Today they are best known for their High School of the Dead Abridged, but has also produced a number of other series and one-shots.
