Forgetful Protagonist (Tags)

This tag is to be used if the protagonist is absent-minded. Basically, is very forgetful. This tag, unlike the Amnesia tag, is to be used to describe the character/personality of the protagonist. If the forgetfulness is due to a medical condition, then the Amnesia tag is recommended.
